Cancellation Policy
Please send required deposit after booking, if I do not receive your deposit same day your appointment will not be accepted & canceled. I understand life happens, if you need to reschedule your deposit holds for 1 rescheduled date, after that if you need to cancel/reschedule again you’ll need to resend that deposit. Please inform me if you cannot make your appointment. A no call/text/ no show will completely forfeit your deposit, charged 40% of your booked services & be required to resend a deposit for the new appointment date. If you notify me and have to cancel same day of appointment you must rebook a new date or you will be charged 30% of the service.
